Single Tier Wedding Cake Order Form

Please choose your cake sizes to accommodate the number of guests you are serving. Choose your cake flavors, fillings and icing.

We will need at least one image of how you might like your cake to look. This is necessary for our process to start designing your cake. Once you’ve placed your order, reply to your emailed receipt and send us an image.

Please note that we do not do fondant work, if the decorations look like they’re made with a cookie cutter or sculpted, that is not a design we can make.

Once we’ve received your order and image we will give you a call to finalize the design.
